At Footwear News‘ 29th annual sneaker ceremony, the footwear industry all unites in an almost Oscar’s-like night of awards and accolades. “Shoe of the Year” was presented to Kanye West with the incredible YEEZY Boost while Pharrell scooped “Collaboration of the Year” award The accolade is the first time in the ceremony’s history to be awarded, and Pharrell Williams’ Billionaire Boys Club collaboration with Timberland seems like a fitting winner.
The Bee Line for BBC x Timberland 6-inch “Honeycomb” boot was developed by Pharrell, but unfortunately, he wasn’t able to make the ceremony in person. He instead offered his thanks through a video we you can see above.
