Tawainese-based sneaker boutique INVINCIBLE, team up with Adidas Consortium for the first time on the Superstar 80v. The shoes are scheduled to release tomorrow and here we have some great pics of them.
This pair pays tribute to the indigenous people of Taiwan and the colours and style of the shoes reflect this. The shoe’s upper is crafted from premium grey suede and sits on top of an off white sole and shell toe.
The shoe’s tongue is made from fish scales which was actually the armour worn during ritual fights and ceremonies in Taiwan. Red, white and blue beads hang from the ankle collar and the look is finished off with some tonal laces.
