Premier running brand, Brooks have teamed up with retailer Sneakersnstuff for this hugely anticipated drop. The iconic silhouette was first released in 1993 with innovative visible heel cushioning and stylized TPU chevron. The Sneakersnstuff x Brooks Regent American Dream stays true to that classic design but features an all new colourway.
During the middle of the 19th century, more than 1 million people migrated from Sweden to the US in search of prosperity. In 1971, an Oscar award winning film, ‘The Emigrants’ portrayed this epic tale and hardship of those Swedish people seeking a better life.
The sneaks take inspiration from that iconic Swedish film. A striped fabric upper is showcased to represent the clothes of the Swedish people in the early 1850s. Black leather provides a refined look and contemporary finish to this inspired pair.
