Adidas Consortium team up with Berlin-based Overkill on a brand new edition for the Adidas EQT. The Overkill X Adidas Consortium EQT Racing ’93 Taxi is scheduled to release in a few weeks, so let’s take a look at the pair in more detail…
The shoe draws influence from Taxi cabs in and around Berlin. The shoe is dressed in a colour palette which is taken from the cabs design. Taxis play such a huge role in the working lives for Berliners, and this shoe respects that.
The pair sits on top of a grey speckled sole, and features a red accent on the heel and a yellow tag on the tongue.
The pair is crafted from soft black leather and features beige suede on the toe-cap and heel.
