Taiwanese-based brand Invincible team up with Adidas Consortium for this latest take on the iconic Superstar 80V. The Adidas Superstar 80v x Invincible is the first collaborative project between the two brands and this project’s design is inspired by the style and aesthetics of the indigenous people of Taiwan. Let’s take a closer look…
For this model, traditional clothing made up of pastel colours of blue, white and red make up the colourway. A small row of beads of the same colour are found on the fold down collar. The tongue is crafted from fish-skin which acts as another reference to the Taiwanese heritage. The insoles provide a print of a mix of tribal elements and logo references to complete the amazing look.
