Numerous models of Nike’s ridiculously popular Huarache silhouette have flooded the stores and our streets over the past few years.
The most popular however has always been the Huarache Le/Run and is the sneaker we all instantly think of when the word Huarache is said.
Another rendition releasing this year is set to break the mould and features a few exciting colourways that we will feature.
Nike WMNS Air Huarache Ultra “Mint Green/White”
A new lightweight version of the standard Huarache is what we can expect from the Ultra.
Very similar in design to the LE/RUN counterparts except slightly slimmer and more modern in appearance.
Mint Green is one of the initial colourways to be released and drops under a pastel collection.
A formed piece upper is the new look and is a welcomed treat to the overlay.
The main body of the silhouette is nicely set in a fresh colour scheme that being Mint Green.
Very alike to Nike’s colours of teal and jade the Mint offers that summer pastel colourway they were looking for.
The front of the Ultra has a rubberized toe panel but Nike have used the same colour in order to blend the unit together.
A rope lace section is to be found on the silhouette and tricked out in a way to make a figure of 8 appearance.
The tongue logo offers one of the two hits of white on the upper of the shoe and follows suit with the rest of the Huarache’s already out there.
Extra padded side paneling can do no harm and offer a supreme level of comfort that a Huarache is renowned for.
The rear of the ultra also bears a big similarity to the Le with the heel cage and strap although a slightly wider elasticated option is used.
A pull loop taken from the Roshe design is set on top of the sock and strap for easy on access.
A skinnier mid-sole unit adds to the lightness of the sneaker and shows a new perforated dot system in place.
The out-sole replicates the Huarache GS model with its white and colour design which in that case glances at Mint Green.
This colourway along with the rest of the Pastel Pack are set for release 26th December unfortunately just after Santa has been.

Although this colourway has been dubbed “Hyper Turquoise” the best sneaker source out there know’s different.
