The shoes are said to be inspired by James’ persistence in training in getting him to gold position, instead of relying on luck. The shoe’s upper is dressed in black textiles and features hints of carbon fibre for enhanced flexibility. The pair have flashes of glistening gold on the Swoosh logo on the sidewalls, and have sections of purple to give the shoe a very regal feel.
