The last collaboration from FootPatrol for 2015 sees them join forces with the French Sportswear brand for yet another inspired collection. The FootPatrol X Le Coq Sportif Made In France R800 Artisan will be releasing very soon and we can’t wait to see what you guys think.
The third and final instalment of the Made In France range celebrates the collaboration in epic form, with this classic looking sneak. It all began at the start of 2015 in a small village in France. Paying homage to the rich heritage and historic manufacturing processes of the region, the collaboration saw iconic silhouettes dressed in ultra premium materials. Now we have the R800 sneak which was first launched back in 1991 and included the innovative Dynactif energy return system.
With a huge attention to detail, it’s clear that these sneaks pay homage to the craftsmanship of hand made footwear. The upper is constructed with a smooth Dress Blue leather which contrasts nicely with Eclipse coloured nubuck detailing to the heel.
A rustic look is added with the use of Tan leather accents throughout from the inner lining to the toe box and tongue. The shoe’s branding is equally impressive, appearing in different in forms with an embossed LCS Logo and dual brand logos to the footbed. To complete the look, the pair sits on a Papyrus coloured midsole unit and gum outsole. You’ll also receive a custom wooden shoe box which houses three sets of laces including Dress Blue flat laces, multi coloured flat laces and tan leather laces.
