1. We’ve all said it at some point. When you say “What time do you close?” just to avoid buying a pair you’ve been trying on but don’t really like. Well Office employees are wise to that trick, so pack it in!
2. “Sorry to be that customer” is another little saying Office don’t love, when you stroll in two minutes before closing time!
3. If you’re thinking of returning your obviously worn shoes with holes in them and claiming “This just happened” and “It’s not my fault”…. think again! Shoe build is a lot better than you think, and that excuse just doesn’t work!
4. If staff tell you “them shoes look great!”, don’t take it as a compliment. It’s a lie! They work on commission!
5. If you don’t know your own shoe size and you’re over the age 5… feel ashamed.
