Following our closer look article at the Nike KD 8 Aunt Pearl, here we have some nice shots of the touching silhouette. The inspiration behind this sneaker is heart felt, as the pair pay tribute to KD’s beloved late Aunt Pearl. The superstar’s Aunt passed away due to lung cancer in 2000 and to keep her spirit alive, Nike are releasing this awesome silhouette in her honour.
This shoe is dressed in a Hot Pink, Black and White colourway which certainly catches the eye. If that wasn’t enough, the entire upper is covered in a floral print which has a large black swoosh cutting through it on the sidewalls. The pair sit on top of a solid white midsole and translucent pink outsole.

The Nike KD 8 Aunt Pearl is scheduled to release on 22nd February although we are still waiting on an official price tag. You can find all the retailers right here.
