The Huarache scene has never been as big as it is right now, with so many new and re-releases hitting the streets.
Recently though, Nike have brought the small footed and kids in the game with their GS runs.
Nike Huarache Run GS “Cool Grey/Green Streak/Deep Royal”
Most of the GS Huarache’s tend to be unique and always offer a completely new colourway from the adults sizing.
This edition is no different and undoubtedly will get us adult’s envious and wishing for smaller feet.
A Cool Grey upper sets the scene for this silhouette with an airy look similar to the that of light bone used on the adults version.
The synthetic leather overlay is a necessity on a GS run and the Cool Grey mixes neatly with the metallic sheen given off on the tongue/collar and lining.
In an almost wolf grey-like tone, the darker shade used creates a great colour contrast.
From the front, we get a look at the tightly woven mesh vamp that has become a normality for the GS editions.
We can also see the Deep Royal get its first use on a tongue strip that traces up to the logo patch decked out in Nike’s new colour Green Streak.
The rear offers the next glimpse of Deep Royal in the heel cage/strap and breaks up the grey colour scheme just enough.
A white mid-sole is finished off with the grey accents on the out-sole in a diamond cut away look.
The entire silhouette warrants a Boy’s title but as with most Huarache’s they can easily be classed as unisex.
Although a UK release date is yet to be announced for this model, they have already dropped in the U.S via FinishLine.
