This latest collaboration sees NikeLab join forces with Stone Island for an upcoming release of sneakers and clothing. Celebrating, Nike’s Windrunner Jacket, designed back in 1978, the NikeLab X Stone Island Footwear and Apparel 2015 adds new performance features to legendary designs.
Combing the performance expertise of the sportswear giant with the engineering and textile dyeing techniques of the famed Italian label, this release is expected to be hugely popular.
An all new Windrunner gets a modern makeover, crafted with state-of-the-art Mussola Gommata fabric. This is engineered by combining lightweight woven cotton to polyurethane film. The jacket also features Stone Island’s signature Nylon Metal fabric to the body, providing a sleek shimmer on those dark nights.
A sneaker release comes in the form of the Nike Koth Ultra Mid SI which is a sneaker, hiking boot hybrid. Guaranteed to keep you protected against all the elements, this pair is crafted with Stone Island’s Mussole Gommata fabric. It also features an all-weather outsole and Phylon midsole providing that all important support.
Finally, the collection will include a bag constructed from a mixture of cotton, canvas and the unique Nylon Metal.
NikeLab X Stone Island Footwear and Apparel 2015 Release Date
The NikeLab X Stone Island Footwear and Apparel 2015 is scheduled to release on December 17th and prices are yet to be announced.
