The upcoming collaboration between Bait and Saucony will help support Follow Your Dreams, a U.K.-based organisation that helps kids with learning disabilities pursue their dreams.
Dubbed The Giant Leap, the sneaker is a hybrid between the Shadow 5000 and 6000 silhouettes, hence the 5500. This model is inspired by astronaut Neil Armstrong’s famous quote as he stepped foot onto the moon. This is a testament to what we can accomplished if we put our minds to something.
The shoe features black upper crafted from nylon and ribbed neoprene, bubble neoprene, and smooth neoprene. 3M is used for the moon print located around the shoe while the midsole has a speckled pattern.

The BAIT x Saucony Shadow 5500 Cruel World 6 is scheduled to release on 6th February although we are still waiting on an official price tag right now. We’ll keep you posted on this as soon as we can.
