We’re big fans of ASICS, particularly of the Gel Lyte II model. Since the model launched over 20 years ago, the shoe has been released in all kinds of styles and colourways. The newest addition to the line up is the ASICS Gel Lyte III Laser Etch. Consisting of two classy colourways, the Laser Etch edition of the Gel Lyte three looks a little less sporty than we’re used to. Instead, due to its sophisticated design and use of premium materials, this rendition is more suited to the sneakerhead with an eye for style. Let’s take a look at these sleek kicks…

The Laser Etch pack is available in two tonal colourways, Navy and Grey. The shoes are constructed from a one piece upper and have had all the details we’re familiar with the Gel Lyte III, laser etched into the side walls, toe box and heel. Even the smallest details have been etched into the shoe including perforations in the toe box, the classic stripes on the side walls, even the branding itself.

Each pair sits on top of a crisp white midsole and features a tan lining coating the interior of the shoe.

This lining matches perfectly with the natural gum outsole which the shoes sit on top of. The look is finished off with a set of matching coloured laces and of course the iconic split tongue design.
