Released only yesterday, the ASICS Gel Kayano Spectra Green has already seen plenty of hype on social media. It’s no surprise given the stand out colourway which is part of a duo, aptly named the Ocean Pack. Here we take an on foot look at this highly distinctive pair.
One of the first colourways of 2016 for this iconic silhouette, ASICS have pushed all the stops out for a tonal theme which doesn’t disappoint. The upper is crafted from premium suede and includes open mesh detailing and a monosock construction. It makes for a sneak that is ultra lightweight whilst offering protection and looking great.

The vibrant Spectra Green colourway is dominant throughout much of the upper but subtle hits of white can be found on the tongue and heel branding. An EVA midsole takes on the tonal green palette and feature’s the brands signature Gel cushioning system. To finish, the pair includes tonal laces and outsole. Another hugely popular release, be sure to act fast if you want to grab a pair.
