Everyone recognises this silhouette,probably from George of the Jungle back in 1997! The Nike Air More Uptempo was one of the biggest basketball silhouettes from the 90’s and is set to make a return in it’s original colourway for 2016.
The pair were also made famous by basketball legend Scottie Pippen during the Chicago Bulls’ record-setting 1995-1996 NBA season.
The pair’s upper are constructed from Black nubuck leather with White accents and trim across the entire model. The most noticeable feature of the shoe is of course the large A-I-R lettering increasing in size across the sidewalls. The pair sits on a black midsole with multiple air bubbles for that retro look.
Nike Air More Uptempo Release Date
