Many of you may be thinking, “I’ve never even heard of the Nike Air Epic.” It’s a sneaker we don’t see popping up too often, but that’s not a reflection of it’s popularity. The Epic originally release 20 years ago in 1985 and gathered a huge fan based who were attracted to its clean, simple structure, comfort and timeless design.
Other vintage runners may have been more regularly re-issued, however few hold the same finesse as this silhouette.
The shoe will be available in two silhouettes, yellow and red. The pair is constructed from a breathable nylon mesh with suede overlays. Small cut out circles lie at the base of the laces which work nicely with the perforated suede heel panel at the rear.
Each pair sits on a white midsole with a contrasting black outsole. The shoes have contrasting regions around the ankle and tongue to add more character and style. A set of white laces finishes off this retro looking pair of vintage runners.
