After releasing in small quantities exclusively at Concepts in-store and online, the latest collaboration from long time partners Nike SB and Concepts will see a larger (yet still limited) release later this month. The first release of this collaboration featured three unique shoes, the Nike SB Janoski Max “Mosaic”, the Nike SB Dunk High “Stained Glass” and the Nike SB Dunk Low “Grail”. However, for this wider release, the Nike SB Dunk Low “Grail” will not drop, remaining a Concepts store exclusive and elevating its ‘Grail’ status.
The Nike SB Janoski Max “Mosaic” takes inspiration from mosaic tiling. The trainers have a unique feature that proves Concepts always try to innovate and go the extra mile with their collaborations. As the sneaker is worn, the upper wears away revealing the pure white suede underlay, creating a unique design for the wearer which replicates the cracking process of a time worn mosaic.
The Nike SB Dunk High “Stained Glass” is the second shoe featured in the wider release and is inspired by stained glass architecture found in churches and many older buildings. The shoes feature a unique print, with no two pairs having the exact same configuration. Once again, this lifts this shoe above others with an interesting and rarely seen feature. Both pairs also come with a box matching the colourway of the sneakers.
Nike SB x Concepts Official Release Date
