Italian designers Diadora and New York sneaker legends Packer Shoes pay tribute to Raekwon’s Purple Tape album in this collaborated version of the N.9000. The shoes pay tribute to Raekwon’s 1995 album commonly referred to as Purple Tape because of the transparent purple tape it was recorded on.
The shoe features soft purple suede panels sitting over a purple mesh base. On the tongue you’ll find a co-branded label with a tribute to the “Parental Advisory” stickers that feature on music with explicit lyrics.
Inside the shoe, custom footbeds feature the track listing from each side of the cassette while 1995 is embroidered on the heel of each shoe.
To finish the look off, the pair sit on a transparent purple gum outsole and come with a set of grey laces.
