The Hot Lava colourway from Nike is beginning to be used more and more frequently among it’s silhouettes, especially for the Huarache which has even been given its own mono dress-up.
Here, we take a first look at a new edition combining colours and patterns to build an exciting new silhouette.
Nike Air Huarache Run PA “Hot Lava/Black/White”
A glimpse of this shoe was recently featured on our social media feeds detailing the upcoming Huarache releases.
Instantly upon looking at the Huarache we are drawn to the vamp and front of the shoe.
Hot Lava is the colour that strikes us the most and is used in a woven mesh effect similar to that of the Aztec Huarache.
Using Beige and Black alongside Hot Lava generates a somewhat leopard effect and is something truly unique.
A black toe guard holds the pattern together whilst accenting the front of the shoe.
Hot Lava is in use again through the tongue and collar behind the black lace section and is neatly broken up with a black stripe.
A black and white Air Huarache logo completes an eye catching look from the front of the trainer.
A black overlay and lining are in use on the shoe which compliment the vivid Hot Lava colour scheme perfectly.
A white mid-sole sits on top a black out-sole for a durable look from the deck upwards.
A beige heel cage mirroring one of the colours on the vamp is in use at the rear of the Huarache.
The beige heel cage creates a decent off white effect but does not continue onto the strap.
Instead, Nike have added the scarcely used translucent strap which allows the full impact of Lava to pierce through.
This PA Huarache screams attitude with it’s pattern and colour and is not for the faint hearted sneakerhead.
Although not scheduled for release until next month this new edition will cause a stir.
