PUMA’s latest Trinomic pack comes in the shape of the extremely attractive PUMA Blaze of Glory NYY NYK Pack. The two-pair pack draws inspiration from two of the most iconic teams in American sports culture – the New York Yankees and New York Knicks. Each of teams is honoured with it’s own Blaze of Glory sneaker, dressed in the teams playing colours.
Dressed in mazarine blue, the New York Knicks pair resembles the same colours as the team’s home kit. The shoes are constructed from suede and leather overlays and have a netted material over the toe and forefoot. The pair sits on top of a white based Trinomic midsole unit and a orange outsole.
The New York Yankees pair is dressed in white and is constructed in the same style as the previous pair. The midsole is blue instead to represent this basketball team’s jersey. There is even subtle fine blue and white stripe towards the heel which is the iconic style of the Yankees.
