A Blackout trainer is something we all love and without doubt a staple for any sneaker lover.
The Nike Air Huarache Triple Black is among the most successful and featured 1st in our recent top 6 black trainers list.
As popular as it is, the Nike Air Huarache Triple Black isn’t a true Blackout colourway.
Nike Air Huarache Run Wmns “Black/Black/Black” Aka “Blackout”
A new silhouette from Nike promises the look we have all been longing for but are yet to have our fill.
Not a single colour is in use other than black on the entirety of the shoe, creating the Blackout name.
It’s clear this woman’s run is based on the popular men’s counterpart but shows a few key differences.
The most obvious change and the one that gives the shoe its nickname is the logo patch.
Decked out in black on black, the logo differs from the white text option seen in the men’s edition.
The black logo sits flush on the tongue above the blackout lace section.
Of course the overlay, lining and vamp are dressed in black too and creates a dark almost sinister look.
Using those 3 options is how Nike generates the colourway for all Huarache models with the overlay colour being first due to its majority feature on the shoe.
The only other change in the shoe is the material on the overlay using a synthetic leather on the women’s edition.
As you can see, from toe to heel, the only colour in use is black generating a mono look for the Huarache just like the previously featured women’s white.
Already released via Nike.com the blackout edition will no doubt fly off the shelves upon UK release.
So soon enough both genders will be able to rock a triple black look in Huarache’s and in time so will the kids with the GS/Toddler versions also on route.
