Up next out of the NikeLab is a classic silhouette, remodelled with an upgraded design dubbed the NikeLab Classic Cortez Big Tooth.
Originally released back in 1972, the on track performance runner has made a series of comebacks lately, but none as big as this pair. The shoe’s upper is constructed from a perforated neoprene upper and sit on top of a big-toothed outsole which blends contemporary style with old school features.
On the outsole, an enlarged version of the original herringbone pattern that was seen on the original 1972 pair is featured, paying homage the silhouette’s legendary roots.
A small white swoosh is set on the side of the toe of each shoe with more branding found on the tongue and heel. Premium suede accents adorn the shoe in tonal hues while a leather sockliner and Phylon midsole complete the look.
