The Nike Air Jordan 1.5 Chicago takes the sole from the AJ 2 and combines it with the upper from the AJ 1. There’s been a ton of hype surrounding these mixed kicks and it’s about time we get an on foot look at these babies!

The Chicago name derives from Jordan’s team colours of the Chicago Bulls, consisting of Varsity Red, Black, and White. This classic mix of colours has been used on multiple models and is instantly recogniseable, even if you’re not a basketball fan.

The AJ1’s usually have the “Air Jordan” written in the wings logo, however this time its been replaced with simply “Nike”.

Perforations puncture the toe-box which provides not only better breathability but also a retro look. The shoes sit on a crisp white midsole and Varsity red outsole unit. A set of Black laces match the swoosh and accents, and a white and red premium leather upper completes the look.

Like we said, there’s been a lot of interest surrounding these kicks ever since they were announced months ago, so expect these to sell fast.
