Every sneakerhead needs a little wheat in their diet, right? Nike have something in store that even you gluten free ‘heads can enjoy! Last week Nike unveiled their upcoming Wheat Pack which will be with us sometime in Autumn. The exciting pack consists of four of Nike’s most sought after models including the Air Max 1, Air Max 90, Air Max 95 & Air Force 1 silhouettes.
Air Max 1 Wheat
The Air Max 1 Wheat is dressed in a monotone nubuck upper which is complemented by dark brown lining around the collar, insole and branding. The shoes sit on a beige midsole which houses the iconic visible air unit. A gum outsole completes the look of these clean sneakers.
Air Max 90 Wheat
In a similar style, the Air Max 90 Wheat is dressed in the Wheat upper with the same brown accents, beige midsole and gum outsole. A perfect contrast of a beige, brown and wheat tones.
Air Max 95 Wheat
In light of the recent 20th anniversary celebrations, the Air Max 95 Wheat may be one of the most popular of the pack. The same gradient style works up the upper and finishes with a block of beige. The rest of the shoe is dressed in Wheat and is accented with brown touches.
Air Force 1 Wheat
Finally, the Air Force 1 Wheat has the same Wheat treatment which covers not just the upper, but also the lining and laces. The only other colours appear on the tongue and heel logos in brown for a subtle contrast.This pair also sit on top of a gum outsole to finish off the look.
Nike Wheat Pack Release Date
The Nike Wheat Pack has no official release date as of yet, but we are expecting it sometime in August. In the meantime, keep an eye on our social media pages for updates on this pack.
