Sneakers Magazine first released in 2009 which was the same time sportswear brand KangaROOS were making their comeback. The magazine and the sneaker brand have always been close and celebrate their relationship with their first collaboration dubbed the Sneakers Magazine x KangaROOS Omnicoil Absinthe.
The silhouette of choice is the Omnicoil whose colourway and design is inspired by the mystical drink, absinthe. The silhouette hasn’t been seen in quite a long time and we’re happy to see it hitting the shelves again. Lets take a closer look at this pair…
The shoes will make a series of comebacks in a variety of colourway, but first, we have the absinthe edition. The pair feature a mesh and suede upper, with KangaROOS branding located on each sidewall and tongue. Vivid green accents appear on the heel counter and near the forefoot.
Even if you haven’t heard of this brand before, you can’t deny how sick these shoes look. On the inside of shoe you’ll find a cork insole for a nice cushion underfoot. The look is finished off with a set of white laces.
Sneakers Magazine x KangaROOS Omnicoil Absinthe Release Date
