Last week, Nike announced the NikeLab Free Inneva II, a woven silhouette fixed to a Free 5.0 midsole. Up next out of the lab is the NikeLab Women’s Free Inneva, a similar take on the woven sneaker exclusively for the ladies. NikeLab aims to take current products and re-design them with a modern twist to keep them fresh and exciting.
The Inneva draws inspiration from the modern oxford which tapers towards the front end for a stylish aesthetic.
Like the previous Inneva that was announced, the pair are constructed from a lightweight nylon webbing which has been hand woven for a luxurious effect.
On each sidewall, asymmetrical cutouts improve ventilation of the shoe and cotton laces add a premium finish.
The shoes sit on a Free 5.0 midsole offering a natural feel with every step. The flex grooves cut into the sole bend to the shape of your foot for a comfortable stride and lightweight cushioning.
NikeLab Women’s Free Inneva Release Date
The NikeLab Women’s Free Inneva is scheduled to release on 22nd August from selected NikeLab retailers. In the meantime, keep an eye on our social media pages for updates on NikeLab products and new Inneva colourways.
