ASICS have released their latest iterations of the Gel Lyte V in the form of the ASICS Gel Lyte V Nightshade Pack. Let’s take a look at each of the great looking models.
The Nightshade Pack takes the Gel Lyte V and dresses it in three colourways: Grey, Black and Navy. This sleek runner has been one of ASICS’s most popular in the series due to it’s attractive shape, superior comfort and wide range of great colours.
Each upper is constructed from a combination of mainly mesh, but also suede and neoprene. On the navy edition, light blue touches provide contrast on the speckled midsole. In a similar style, the black version has dark grey accents which are barely noticeable on first glance. These subtle touches give the shoes a bit more character and depth.
The grey silhouette is slightly different. Instead of muted colour combinations, the grey shoe has red accents which are much more noticeable than the previous two shoes. Formstripes, lining and branding are all red, as is the speckled midsole.
