With the Huarache silhouette currently dominating the sneaker market, Nike are pushing out numerous GS pairs.
These GS (Grade School) Huarache for kids are dressed in unique colourways only released in the smaller sizes.
Two completely new colourways are on their way. Those with smaller size feet are in luck as both boy’s and girl’s versions are being released.
Nike Huarache Run Print Boy’s GS “Game Royal/Black/Total Orange/White”
The most noticeable feature on the boy’s edition has to be the camouflage printing on the overlay.
Using the game royal/black/white colours, the camo overlay steers away from the standard army green, and instead adds a more modern twist.
Head on images from the front and back show us the blue toe box along with the closed mesh in use.
A black heel cage/strap is in use to counter act the camo overlay appearing on the shoe.
The game royal blue colour continues up the shoe and tongue/collar, giving a strong look through the cut out overlay.
A white lining is in use creating one of the best colour combo’s out there of white and blue.
A white solid mid-sole and black out-sole provide durability to the shoe and comfort, although no air section is in use on GS models.
Nike Huarache Run Girl’s GS “Metallic Silver/White/Volt”
It’s clear that the girl’s colourway is based on the adults metallic silver Huarache previously released.
The high shine reflective overlay proved a favourite in the adult’s colourway and will no doubt be the same in this rendition.
A gloss effect remains at the front of the shoe, while the vamp creates a matte look on the textile.
Tracing behind the white laces, silver continues up the tongue to where we find a Volt logo patch.
White is on offer on the heel cage/strap to give a clean look to the Huarache.
Looking at the shoe from the side, we see that white is perfectly fitting on the laces and mid-sole, blending as one to the heel cage.
The flat silver look lining shows through behind the shiny overlay.
From a birds-eye and underside view, we can see the volt and white complement each other, but also a gold/toffee cut away out-sole is in use.
