A blue sneaker is something many of us have come to love even though it’s a somewhat out-there colour.
Nike have produced many, especially with their favourite Huarache silhouette in gym blue and blue force to name a few.
Another release is now on the horizon for both genders.
Nike Air Huarache Run “Game Royal/Volt/Black/White”
A strong blue colour of Game Royal is used on the majority of the shoe making it a very imposing silhouette.
Game Royal is a house colour from Nike and was recently used on a GS model that this Huarache bears some resemblance to.
A deep metallic look is what appears on the vamp on the shoe using an OG mesh which would state these as a woman’s sizing run, however they are unisex.
Blue is in full effect on the overlay of the Huarache and produces a striking appearance.
The Game Royal colour scheme continues on the synthetic leather toe box at the front of the shoe.
Black sets the tone for the tongue and collar of the shoe, which is a perfect dark accent behind the dark blue on offer.
Running up the shoe, the black tongue also allows a glimpse of the Volt colour just above the vamp through the air holes.
A side on view is where we can truly see what the shoe has to offer and how all the colours blend together.
The Game Royal overlay is attractive enough, but combined with the Volt lining creates a serious offering on a Huarache.
Volt also appears on the logo patch with a solid black background.
Game Royal laces follow the trend off the entire shoe and is what was to be expected.
A white mid-sole adds a lift to the shoe and is backed by a black out-sole which is the usual standard in recent releases.
Again, it seems that Asia get first refusal on the new Huarache colourways with this model going live on Atmos Tokyo shortly.
The overall look of this silhouette will no doubt prove a big hit when it drops in the UK/EU in the coming weeks and we will be updating release pages accordingly.
