The Nike KD 7 EXT Canvas Plaid & Polka Dots is the latest release from Kevin Durant’s line of signature shoes.
The pair is designed drawing inspiration from two previous KD6 silhouettes ‘The People’s Champ‘ and ‘Birthday’. Each of these pairs are constructed from unusual material combinations and polka designs.
As we covered in our our last article, this KD 7 EXT will either be a silhouette you love or hate. For some, the contrasting designs on this shoe won’t appeal to them, however for others, this striking design looks fantastic.
On the front of the shoe is where you’ll find Plaid detailing with a clear Nike Swoosh hooking around the toe. At the rear, a chambray shirt material with white polka dots wraps around the heel offering a brand new look to the shoe.There are Black accents all over the pair including the fore-foot strap, tongue and midsole.
As you can see from the images, underneath the strap lies Durant’s signature stitched in red thread. The pair sit on top a blue translucent outsole and the look is finished off with a pinstripe graphic lining the inside.
